There’s been a good bit of research about taking protein first thing in the morning to up the metabolism and aid muscle conservation.

However, many of us like to drink coffee right out of the gate to start the day.

Having some vanilla power protein I decided to use that as my creamer. Bad move. Clump city. Even when blending it, it somehow remained separated from the glorious dark exlixer.
